As part of our high standard of customer service prompt arrivals for all pre-booked journeys and that local call outs will be met within 15 minutes. We ensure that we have a sufficient amount of drivers to cover all journeys and even have chauffeurs on standby in case of a high demand for our cars.

Should we be aware of any adverse traffic problems we will endeavour to solve this by contacting you to arrange an earlier pick up time.

When using our executive cars for airport transfers you can relax and enjoy feeling stress free. We offer a meet and greet service at arrivals, and our drivers are happy to help you with your luggage. We will also monitor your flights? estimated time of arrival from our office and should there be any delays or cancellations we will not dispatch our driver to you until we know you have landed. This means no surcharge.

Services

We guarantee prompt arrival for all pre-booked journeys. When we know any adverse traffic problems delaying journeys, we will when necessary, advise you should we consider that an earlier departure might be needed to meet planes etc…

All flights are checked automatically for the E.T.A. Should passengers miss their flight, we will when possible try to ascertain if they were able to board the next flight.

We always ensure that there are sufficient chauffeurs on duty to carry out all pre-booked journeys with chauffeurs on standby should demand increase at any time.
All our account and contractual work is carried out by our professional chauffeurs employed by us and driving Golden Executive vehicles.

Chauffeurs

All our chauffeurs are fully licensed by the local authority. Before hiring them we fully check their references and test their knowledge of the area. Our drivers always wear suits and to complete the chauffeurs uniform when required on those special occasions hat and gloves.
We always prominently display a greeting board with the Company and/or Passenger/s name when meeting them at any of the terminals. They are always polite, courteous, helpful and will assist you to and from the vehicle with your luggage.
All our drivers carry mobile phones and are available for customers use. This ensures that we are always able to contact them.

Executive Guild of Chauffeuring

We are members of our industries professional body ‘Executive Guild of Chauffeuring’. This guild is sponsored by Mercedes Benz. To be a member we must have been chauffeuring for at least 2 years and are required to attend regular training and seminars. This ensures that our drivers are able to transfer you safely and in enjoyable comfort.
